I just prey Britain and other Europeans countries do not make the same mistakes.
But their is at least some sign of hope, hearing universities getting turn down for grants because projects lack any commercial goals is a good sign of change in the system.

Besides, European green thinking won't devastate the economy nearly as much as having the Republican leadership pouring money into Iraq as fast as it can be printed, to pick just one monumental money sink Bush has created in his 8 years of massive mismanagement.
