- I agree that providing for ones own power sounds appealing but no matter how cheap solar panels or shingles get we can always get a better CO2 reduction by doing a Solar Transfer.

You still own your panel, you just keep it in our yard! Yes it is much more technical than that but at its core a Solar Transfer is better for the planet and your bank account!
