this is such a lame piece. How are these crowdsourced solutions? who is asking for them? Do you know how many patients use video chat with their physicians/surgeon, in an in-patient setting (think OR etc.)? Less than 1%. How many physicians feel "comfortable" to discuss with patients via video link? Very very few. Besides, I don't see how what you are describing above has any thing to do with crowdsourcing.
