Since when Google became another "Cry Baby" running to Mama EU. Didn't know they still wore Pampers in this competitive day and age!

Those who can, do, those who cant, sue.

The real 'anti-competitive' behavior here is the companies that try to use the legal system against their competitors because otherwise they cant compete. Say what you will about MS, but you dont see them running to the Dept of Justice damanding that Google or some other competitor get broken up. Maybe they should be playing that game if they want to survive.

I say that MS just modifies that version N of the Windows OS to make it not include any browerser at all and sell it over in the EU. If they do that, case closed. Granted no one will buy it because it doesn't include a browser, but hey, that is what the EU wants.

All I could say is that i feel sorry for microsoft because its bieng (pouded) from different directions just
because other big companies want to (destroy) this company and claim its spot. But hopefully microsoft will get out of this mess. " and yes shame on you google and the EU"

I can't wait until android becomes dominant in the cell phone market place, and Microsoft sues Google for Anti-trust for packaging a browser with their phone. The nerve! Oh what about Apple? Can we sue them too, they distribute a browser with their OS, and there are less alternatives for Apple than there is for Windows. Since Apple does opposes being lumped in as a PC, it is a MAC. Then they obviously have an unfair advantage distributing Safari w/ their PC.

Oh wait, Microsoft also distributes solitare with every PC. That has pretty much dried up the market for 3rd party solitare products. Lets get them to remove that too.

This is just jibber jabber, with people who don't have a clue making decisions because there is money involved.

Anything bad for Microsoft is good in the long run for the end-user: more choice, better prices, less monopoly. Perfect!
Go Google! Go Europe.

EU drop your lawsuit, just mandate that all EU government most use Linux. Everybody would then be happy. Let Microsoft sit in their own corner.
