Microsoft, which updated its downloadable Windows Live programs last week, plans to upgrade its online tools in the coming weeks, starting with an update to Windows Live Hotmail this week.

I don't use it lol I use Yahoo I fond yahoo a much better service that is uniq. hotmail is for stiffs lol.

I hope they stop suggesting OS X/Safari users "Upgrade to IE". Not a joke, they actually do it.

All the shading and gradients look swell in a screen shot, but is it all necessary? It's not really that wow. I cannot believe how long the screens in OneCare take to repaint on my otherwise spry but slightly aging machine.

I love the overuse of graphics in hotmail, all the offers for free viagra and best yet the graphic ads!

who's still using hotmail - me for a start, have been since '97 before MS even owned it, Not lost any mail due to anything but my own errors,

I'd use Hotmail if it didn't insert advertisements in signatures. As it is, I'm perfectly happy with Gmail (though I wish I could have the name I want).
