This could just sink them deeper.... perceptions could be driven by the "all mouth little substance" delivery of vista now being followed by a "let's sucker them and be real quite about 7" ploy (apologies to Peter Sellers). What would a devious business do? seems to me exactly as ms is doing.
I find it very difficult to beleive that, just like the "all new built, from the ground up - vista" this isnt just another whjole lot of bolt on garbage to a seriously ailing product.
Perhaps they should extract themselves, wipe off their collar and do something real.
... my opinion can be inferred.
