Comments on: Can Sony keep pace at E3?

The pressure is on Sony, as usual, as it gets ready to take the stage for its annual E3 press briefing. Does it have enough big news to steal the spotlight from Microsoft and Nintendo?

Well this has been interesting. i was expecting more from sony. Since my ps3's blu ray drive died on me i think i will go with xbox for now until gran turismo is released. PSP Go is an interesting prospect. But its a good thing the old one is not gona be replaced. Stick to physical media for now.

What a negative sounding live blog. You might have mentioned that 'The Last Guardian' ia actually the new Team Ico game, the sequel to Ico and Shadow of the Colussus. The Uncharted 2 demo litterally blew the audience away as did GOW3. 50 ps1 games are being released to the PSN store starting with Final Fantasy 7 which will be available today!

PSP go will sit alongside PSP 3000, and will not replace it. It is designed as a pocket alternative, not a replacement.

You misquoted... the PSP Go is 50% smaller than the first generation PSP not the current generation. Please fix, thank you.

"The PSP Go will be available on October 1, simultaneously in North America and Europe. It will cost $249.99. Hirai says "All PSP titles going forward will be digitally distributed on the PlayStation store, as well as at retail on (the UMD format)."
