Windows Vista already does this. You don't need an external app from google to stream any media files. Vista can do the exact same thing and it's already integrated. Thanks for the useless post.

You are absolutely correct, everybody on the planet has and loves Vista. XP, Linux, Mac are all figments of someone's imagination....

Well, for some of us that don't use Vista because upgrading makes half of our hardware useless, this is welcome news.

Window Media Player 11, which runs on Vista and XP, supports DLNA media receivers.
