The most important thing to note about this story is that yes, there is a place where roads are not government owned and no, there isn't chaos and anarchy.
Since so many people associate all-private ownership with wealthy communities, why is the policy frowned upon? Isn't it better (in material terms) to be well-off than it is to be poor?

- Yes any where the problem with roads.There are no illegal issues are going about this.So it is becoming a big issue.
