I have been without Comcast email for almost 2 days now...and the main Comcast.net site won't open. When you call you get an answering service who sends you to yet another answering sevice. So there is no way to contact them, no way find out when they will fix this, and the media keeps acting like this only lasted a few hours. It's still down.
BTW I'm just outside of Houston...a big market.

fafafooey, the wroking words there were "comcasts web PORTAL", meaning their ACCESS point, meaning "Metwork Solutions", as for YOU, decider, before YOU start talking about Cnet's intelligence, maybe YOU should learn technospeak. and figure out the difference between web PORTAL and web SITE.

oh i have no doubt they were hacked because I tried to log in and it auto redirected me to someone elses account. dont believe for a second ur information wasnt comprimised if you are a comcast customer because it was and i have the ticket number to prove it. i called and reported it as well as emailed the person whos account it logged me into...thankfully i have morals and would never ever ever think of using someones personal info for ill gotten gains but if i was auto logged in on someone elses account who was auto logged in on mine??? im not happy comcats has yet even called to apologize and i think this is a huge injustice to all of us who are forced to sign up with them. yes our info was comprimised and am just sick about it!!!

Craigslist says the comcast problem is resolved and all systems should be working normally now, then why can't I still respond to postings?
