I hope Y! Search is the ONE thing Yahoo! doesn't sell. If anything, Yahoo! and Microsoft should sell off their search divisions and have them merge into their own company.

If Yahoo is smart they can play off the stupidity of both Ballmer and Icahn, and the extreme desperation of monkey boy.

In no way can MS benefit from Yahoo, Ballmer put himself in a corner and his job is riding on this, which is the only potential rainbow for Microsoft.

MS can assimilate Yahoo in one form or another and choke it or they can just fire Ballmer and perhaps have a chance of a future.
