next time they have a chance. Unfortunately, I doubt if that will
happen or that voters there will even care; I see where his district is
and I doubt many of his constituents even have computers (or
speak English)...this is like "illegal alien welfare land".

What this deciphers to is: "greedy low-life politicians plotting more
ways to forcibly steal even more of our money"
