"If" MS is sure that it can put its directors "easyly"... why push?
(Do "directors" cost too much?)

push? (Maybe there will cost them more money!)
Why the "urgency now"? There is less than a couple of month in
front to have the answer.
But... what is "shareholders" say "no" to MS? (Look similar to ISO
standarization,,,)
I think that MS "knows" that it is not in the best position.
If the take over fail... which one is the next move? Buy AOL?
MS is getting "hard ball playing" and they are not used to that!
Unless I'm Microsoft,, in which case I threaten to make your life miserable until you either sell to us or roll over and die altogether . Actually I, being Microsoft, would rather you just die... Slowly,,
But then I'm not Microsoft, so I'm not trying to buy a company that don't want to be bought...
