And had to change my e-mail address because of the absolute DELUGE of spam that was put into my inbox.

I finally got P.O.ed enough that I informed the Maryland State Attorney General's Office of what was going on.

I clicked on this once to see what it asked for and "what the catch was". The moment it started asking for all that info... yeah right... back button -click-

What the article does not mention is whether or not $2.9 M means anything at all to ValueClick. Is this a real fine or just a token so we can pretend there is some protection for consumers?
