It has the same look as stage6 with channels etc. and a great community.

As late as this may be, I whole heartedly agree with this observation. My concerns and skepticism over the entire issue from press-release, Quarterly financial reports et. al. can be read in a few blogs and definitely in the finance sections of the official DivX Investors Discussion bulletins.
I think that one should heed some of the latest news, not just on DivX? Inc., but also the use of its technologies. Interesting the feed-back that has been given in this comment section.
