- At least one person has a clue that someone could hijack even a *secured* WiFi home network . It would be nice if all the folks voting on these laws were required to have at least a minimal level of technological savvy. Any one of us could be sued for millions in a situation where we did nothing wrong, plus loose our computers, livelihood and possibly freedom -- and there are no provisions to EVEN THINK that this might have happened without the accused knowing?!!! "Police State" (as mentioned in another post) is a total understatement. What a total embarrassment.
