Apple has stretched ...
by john55440 January 16, 2008 4:32 PM PST
"Apple has stretched its share of the U.S. market to 6.1 percent, from 5.1 percent a year ago."

In light of all the hype, that's not much of a "stretch", and Apple/Mac's worldwide share is still in the Others category.

(IDC's numbers put Apple/Mac's USA share at 5.7%, up from 4.7% a year ago. They also put Apple/Mac's worldwide share in the Others category, behind at least five other companies.)

Why does that one paragraph interest you. What do you care about Apple's share? Do you work for Dell or something? Stop Jones'n. All you should care about is that your **** works.
