i noticed one of there taglines was "thwart copyright infringement" The only people that use the word are evil corporations.
I noticed their name is "User Generated Content". Would it be more effective if actual "User" created a set of guidelines to resolve content issues?
If they really want to "encourage creativity then perhaps they should try to scare 15 year old with there 15 steps they list on the UGC website so they won't ship you off to jail.

This reeks of collusion and needs to be scrutinized by federal anti-trust enforcement agencies.
