To me it's one of those things where they bait you with the safety feature like "what if you were in a car wreck and needed 911 to find you" without telling you that you essentially become no different than animals tagged with tracking devices and monitored like some wildlife show.
Maybe I'm just being paranoid???

- I don't remember getting a notification from Altell about the cell phone change. I've had mine for about 3 years now so I would think that I would have gotten a notification. Also, some people have very old phones (such as the brick phone) and they don't want to give it up.
