music, software. etc) online for free at all times.
So lets say you spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars
creating something, share it with people to build their
applications around it in an effort to help you make your product
better and they, despite promising to keep it under wraps,
decide, screw you, im giving it to the world. thats ok?
i dont think so. paying for a broadband account has no bearing
whatsoever on you having access to items you have not
purchased. if you want free software, go use linux, want free
movies, watch tv, want free music, go listen to a street musician
or in an elevator, but as a business owner i take umbrage with
the idea that someone protecting their IP, their product is
somehow wrong when its being accessed or used illegally.
