AsiaWestLoveLink is a VERY small business and has been devastated by the actions of these thoughtless, moronic, and totally anti-American men lobbyist who have their own agenda that has nothing at all to do with Dating or Social Networking sites. Ironically, the IMBRA fiasco is also anti small business as it excludes ALL the big business guys like Yahoo, Friendsters and Match.com.
Background checks are the responsibility of the Dating Site Members themselves if they choose to impose that burden on the prospective mate, NOT the Dating Service that simply provides the vehicle and opportunity to meet.
What's next background checks for college admissions? Maybe we ought to do some background checks on the zealot freaks who drive these issues!
I have to agree with this, especially if we meet someone from one of the internet social sites. Even the cute guy in the grocery line could be bad (Oh, I hope so...) or really dangerous (better be sure he is not). I think a date http://backgroundsearch.com background search makes sense.

- Internationally, different countries have huge difference in the information that is available to run a background search. In the USA, criminal record are considered public information. A USA background public record search may include Current phone number, address, address history for 30 years, age, birthdates, household members, relatives, associates, property ownership, lawsuits, marriage, divorce, criminal records check, sex offenders, terrorist watch, bankruptcy, tax liens, and more. It's impressive how much a background check http://backgroundsearch.com can find out about people in the USA. But, does anyone believe that the same level of information is available on people in the Urkraine or Bellarus?
