true.com=a rip off
by g_40man July 9, 2006 10:24 AM PDT
i joined this wanna be dating site in april, for a free trial, and within the 7-day period, notified the site I was not interested in continuing my membership.
the reasons included: 'WINKBACKS" from women I never "winked" at. some of the ugliest, fattest people i have ever seen in my life.
difficulty signing on. and very high cost, for thew quality of service, and ease of customer care.
advice to the reader. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LAME SITE. GO TO A REAL DATING SITE, LIKE: match.com, or yahoo personals.
i have disputed the charges to my cridit card, and filed a complaint with the internet fraud div, of the FBI.

I have had an almost identical experience. I had a trial offer, then terminated the service. Three months later I have a $50. charge on my credit card because I did not close or terminate my *PROFILE*?? I will be contacting the authorities on Tuesday. I know that the internet is filled with thieves and scammers. Sometimes you have to fight back

INBOXDOLLARS IS NOT A SCAM
by maunettia_713 July 3, 2007 8:12 PM PDT
I have received several checks from Inboxdollars. It is one of the few click on email earnings website that doesn't require you to purchase anything and is absolutely free. As a matter of fact, they are sending me my next check in August. I have done extensive research on websites that say you can earn money and this is the only one I recommend!!!!!!!!!!1

sendearnings.com is legit company?
by todd5524 March 17, 2008 11:36 AM PDT
I havehad an account with sendearnings.com for over 3 years now. They have never charged my account unwillingly, and I cash out about every month for around $25.00 they send me a check for my earnings. It's the easiest site to read, understand, and apply yourself to, and most of it is free, however, their sponsored sites are for a fee, and you must use a credit card of some sort to order them, and get credit for them through sendearnings. However avoiding these types of offers is an option, and they still offer several free surveys daily, most for $1.00 each, and others arrive within your email to click the links and get credited for them a few cents each day. This is a great way to make money on the side, especially if your completely broke like me?

Anyone heard of IMBRA? This is EXACTLY the same thing and just as sleazy as the tactics used by the dirtbags that manages to persuade the nitwits in Washington to sleaze the IMBRA law though on a "midnight" special three years ago. This effective put my international dating sites out of business, all three of them. BEWARE of the Do-Gooders trying to control your life. Just another way to strip the guts out of the Bill of Rights and let Big Government control your love life too!

AsiaWestLoveLink is a VERY small business and has been devastated by the actions of these thoughtless, moronic, and totally anti-American men lobbyist who have their own agenda that has nothing at all to do with Dating or Social Networking sites. Ironically, the IMBRA fiasco is also anti small business as it excludes ALL the big business guys like Yahoo, Friendsters and Match.com.

Background checks are the responsibility of the Dating Site Members themselves if they choose to impose that burden on the prospective mate, NOT the Dating Service that simply provides the vehicle and opportunity to meet.

What's next background checks for college admissions? Maybe we ought to do some background checks on the zealot freaks who drive these issues!

I agree that background checks are needed. For the purposes of seeing if your date is married, if they have criminal history or maybe a sex offender. We have to be safe.
I have to agree with this, especially if we meet someone from one of the internet social sites. Even the cute guy in the grocery line could be bad (Oh, I hope so...) or really dangerous (better be sure he is not). I think a date http://backgroundsearch.com background search makes sense.

Internationally, different countries have huge difference in the information that is available to run a background search. In the USA, criminal record are considered public information. A USA background public record search may include Current phone number, address, address history for 30 years, age, birthdates, household members, relatives, associates, property ownership, lawsuits, marriage, divorce, criminal records check, sex offenders, terrorist watch, bankruptcy, tax liens, and more. It's impressive how much a background check http://backgroundsearch.com can find out about people in the USA. But, does anyone believe that the same level of information is available on people in the Urkraine or Bellarus?
