Seriously. Did anyone signing up for this kind of thing actually think their info was going to be safe? How many of them actually read the Privacy Statement (how many could actually read period)...too busy trying to get their 'toy'.
Good for Spitzer to get his name in the news again. He's going to miss the limelight when he is Govenor.

I don't believe the recipients of 'free' iPods have a gripe. They
should have known that there was 'price,' stated or unstated.

One must feel a little sorry for the majority of people whose
information will be sold, though. They did not get a free iPod.
Only the minority, who complete the entire scheme, qualify.
