Total BS.

I don't think it's right that Blizzard charges to buy this program, and then a regular monthly fee. I bought Sims Online for $50 and then paid $9.99 for it every month. A few months later, they offered the game as a free download.

I agree to a monthly subscription, or buying the game but not BOTH.

As for reverse engineering, people are gonna hack or 'tinker'. There is no way to stop them. The most horrible acts of violence aren't stopped by prosecution, so how U.S. law expects to 'make an example' of a few harmless hacks is beyond me. Napster went down, and it was replaced 10 times over. No one cares.

Companies need to form new, innovative ways of making money. iPod is an example of ingenuity.

Blizzard charges users $9.99 a month because using their servers is 'exhausting maintenance'. Well, when users utilize their own equipment, why should they pay Blizzard?
