Who's the more criminal?
by Freiheit13 December 22, 2004 6:11 PM PST
Who is the more criminal, the girl who engages in underage drinking and public nudity, or the one who attempts to profit in part by including video footage of her illegal activities? Too young to consent is also too young to be doing what she was doing, but she doesn't seem to mind that.

Here's an idea, don't do things you know are illegal and/or which you will regret and than you don't ever have to worry about someone making a quick buck off your poor decision.

I completely agree. The problem is, that so many white trahc americans think (Know?) they can make money off of their own stupidity in a court of law.
Still does not make it right.

Yeah she was drinking and topless, but she is not even an adult. I agree that pictures/footage and all copies of the game should be pulled.

Reasonable?

If you are in a "public" area you have no reasonable expectation of privacy, and therefore would have to deal with having your picture taken. I really think this was her fault since she was knowingly there, participating, and now just has an issue since her parents probably found out...ie.. dad bought the game and saw his half naked daughter. Law or not, 17 was old enough to make an informed decision to break the law. By the way...think she will be charged with underage drinking or public nudity? She has admitted to both.

Exactly!

Exactly! Furthermore, if her parents considered her to be old enough to receive breast implants (which I assume requires parental consent for minors in TX), how in the hell can she and/or her family be complaining about what SHE chose to do with the new boobs she was so proud of?!?
"Kristee"
by aabcdefghij987654321 June 8, 2005 2:51 AM PDT
The young woman pursuing the lawsuit went by the name "Kristee" on the game (she can be found in the "Episode 4" segments). She lies to the host, and claims to be from California (her lawsuit admitted she was from Austin, TX, and was using a fake ID to enter the club and to enter the competition/taping which gave out a cash prize). The game lists her as 21, which was the age she provided via her illegal fake ID. She exclaims on camera that she is a student in San Diego ... at UCLA. (does it even have a campus in S.D.?)

To get to my point, if you actually play the game you will see just how pathetic this young woman's claims are. At no time was she coerced on camera, in fact quite the opposite --- she revels in the attention she gets from exposing herself. She failed to answer any of the trivia questions correctly and wound up exposing herself 5 or 6 times. The only frustration evident in her expression seemed to be that she was losing the contest.

She had enormous and obviously fake breasts, which the lawsuit mentions were paid for by her parents as a gift the prior year. Who in the hell gets a 16 or 17 year old a boob job? With that kind of value system in place, no wonder she is so misguided.
