It will be awesome. But with this live anywhere, if they release Halo 3 on pc at the same time I will buy it. (I only play first person shooters with mouse and keyboard). Or if they support keyboard and mouse on the 360 I will buy it. Sony's PS3 is going to be more like a computer than any of the next gen. Maybe I will sell my 360 to help pay for that instead.

I hate the clunkiness of the 360 controllers. They are not as fluid-retentive as Playstation controllers (much better).

Personally, I was one of the many people disappointed with Halo 2, but I was a big fan of the original Halo. I wasn't really looking forward to Halo 3 because I though the most they would do is improve graphics, but this idea of being able to play with people on different platforms got me excited.

Well I think they know everyones stragedy and are trying to bring what leverage the Wii may have with the gaming audience and knock a little wind out of the sails. I must say everyone in the gaming world is working like crazy right now for all this next gen stuff. It makes you think of how much caffiene is being consumed right now. Make this convert this build this network, crazy.

Not the first in line.

Nintendo already announced that they were having a large library of classic games, including those of the Sega Genesis, in their virtual console.

All I'm saying is that people shouldn't believe Microsoft is the first or only one doing this, excluding a few select games.

I'm still ticked that I'll have to upgrade my os to vista just to play halo 2 on the pc and with the rumor that they'll push it back even further, I thin if I want to play anything at all, I'll have to cough up the bucks and buy a gaming console....ugh!
