Whats with C|Net and all the "There" promotion?

Over time I have noticed you guys promote this crappy game at least once ever 2 months. Getting annoying.

Does it matter?
by zaznet September 19, 2005 12:34 AM PDT: There could pay C|Net to run articles. That's certainly possible and there is hardly anything wrong with it. C|Net may also be an investor in There, but usualy if they have a stake in the success they state so in the article.

It's also possible that they are sending their news releases to C|Net and getting them to cover the stories by providing good access to the information. Another possibility is that one or more of those who work on these articles plays There and is an active member of that community writing about something they do in their free time.
