- this whole idea of the pc as the center of your media hub is a bad idea. i love technology, just leave my stereo and tv alone. until ms or any other sw company can come up with something that is going to be 99.99999% reliable, they can keep all this garbage. right now my stereo and tv work beautifully . no blue screens, viruses, spyware. no moving parts that are going to need to be replaced every 2 or 3 years. we have all been a part of the biggest beta test in the world for the last 2 decades, do we want to go another 2 decades? i dont. you can wrap this media center with anything you want, but at its heart its still just a pc. an unreliable pc. you want to argue that computers arent reliable? just head over to google and type in "computer problems". there is your answer. needless to say, iwnt be standing in line for these things anytime soon.
