Don't care about downloadable content

I currently use a PS3 as my BD player and am taking a wait and see approach to HD DVD at this point, but I would much rather pop in a disc and have a hard copy on hand right away than have to spend all a bunch of time downloading HD content and wondering whether or not my internet connection is going to time out. Not everyone is going to jump on that bandwagon and ditch discs. Plus, I don't want to have to upgrade and/or replace my computer and add a bigger hard drive. My older xp3200 does everything I want and need it to. I'd much rather use my ps3 or 360(if i buy the Hd add on) for HD material and I don't want to waste xbox or ps3 hard drive space on that. I want that space for gaming and nothing else.
