I don't think I want a B&W cell phone. Even if I can read the news
and do else. I don't see how it could compete with the iPhone.

the main function of the device is to be an e-reader, not a phone.
ya right...it is in Black and white...so 60's

B&W not a big problem

Having a black and white screen isn't that big an issue if you think about call/text usage. Most emails are B&W, so fine there too.
I'd be happy to sacrifice colur for a larger, easily readable display of the overall form factor wasn't too large.

One thought though is if you have to flip out or pull out the screen then probably not great for single handed use.
