DLP, LCD, Plasma, OLED, etc...sheesh. I use an LCD at my office at www.eyepinch.com and it works great. I have a review on my blog site about it.

2008?

I'm not sure if he was serious about luanching a 27" OLED TV in 2008. Lifetime, and color stability is just not there yet. Yields are struggling, and mfgs. are continuing to struggle scaling them up... A jump from 4" to 27" is a huge step in scale.

We'll see in 2008

OLEDS

Well, I love my new LED, but it looks like this could be a better technology, if it can achieve more brightness with less power. Where my tv falls down is black level. It has bright, rich colours, but no inky blacks. If OLED can improve on this, it could well rule the tv roost and maybe not needing a backlight would help.
