Thanks for the late tip on Amazon's fishy special
by mkeogh November 24, 2006 12:51 AM PST
This story was posted after the Amazon Xbox 360 fiasco was
over. Amazon's 360 product forum has lots of posts about how
pretty much everyone failed to get the deal.

I've purchased a lot from Amazon recently, but my view of the
company is seriously tarnished after this. It's almost as bad as
the PS3 race idea, where people got hurt!
Amazon is going to be the loser of my business in this very bad
execution or perhaps new take on the old bait-and-switch.

Every Review Not Paid for by Microsoft Dismisses Zune as Pathetic !

Hilarious! Tens of billions in the bank. Sixty thousand employees. Unstoppable cash flow and all they could ship was a brick with DRM. My stomach hurts from laughing.

Zune is DEAD!

The reviews keep coming in with the same conclusion: Zune is so pathetic it proves that the company is incompetent. The short sellers will be on MSFT like white on rice . . .
