- So a government employee (judge) is expected to issue an injunction which may shut off all Blackberry service to everyone BUT the government.

Just another case of the U.S. government taking a "The rules don't apply to me." attitude.
I believe if an injunction is issued it should apply to *ALL* users not just non-government users.
