You buy a Mac. Plug it in, and it works. No messing with drivers, networking issues, complete system failures. No tech support needed. *sigh*

my pc with windows and linux is the same way, I bet the calls are about what wire goes where.

It sure does... until little Billy tries to play that game you bought him for Christmas.

Macs work as long as you're only planning to use the software that came with them and the limited repertoire of stuff you can find on the Internet and in the back of the store. And Steve Jobs claims he's offering people choice. Ha!
WAIT TILL DECEMBER 26 TO CALL

I Remember back in the early days if you didnt have batteries on Christmas they had to wait until December 26. People who call support on Christmas or any holiday there is a movie about you its called SCROGE.

half of the fun is setting it up... am i the only one who likes to get down on the floor mess around with the cords and get excitement out of finally making it work
