Ever since the advent of animated icons on cell phones the quality of phone operating systems has gone straight down the toilet.

My current Nokia phone has several OS anomalies that drive me nuts. Why don't phone manufacturers work on getting this straight before they move on to the phone come camera come mp3 player come...

secure digital? hello?

This article has completely missed the advent of secure digital (SD) cards. You can already pop a 1GB SD in a Treo 600 and carry around 300 songs. How can you miss this? SD cards are only getting bigger. Will they be 20GB in the next 18 months? No, but 300 songs now is pretty good. This article is well behind the technology.
