What Sony really needs to do, in my experience, is to upgrade their support program so that it treats customers consistently and well with problems. I have owned many expensive Sony computer products, including a high-end Vaio laptop, and several 20-inch-plus CRTs. Based on my support experiences with those devices, I would warn anyone who is considering purchasing Sony computer products that support for them may be extremely disappointing to downright infuriating.

I cannot wait until Sony makes this available. I have been wanting such a product for over a decade and with HDTV throughout our home; having multiple tuners and adaquate storage would be just what is required for convenient usage for our home.

Congradulations Sony for being the first.

Now I will not have to work so hard to accomplish the same goals which is exactly what I have been working on for the past several months.
