I do think the use of it is nothing more than tracking. Using this technology , you can immediately determind the location of the phone.This must be a bad news for cellphone robbers and thieves.

This type of service closely mimics what is available in many countries today, by many different carriers.

Every cell phone can be tracked by its IMEI to the cell site it is currently covered by. LBS (location based services) can effectively triangulate and track the phone's location by signal strength of multiple surrounding cell sites.

The rest of this is just billing issues.

Disney would have been better off developing the content and services for kids phones, not the phones and linkages.

Still am not even close to being convinced that a child needs a cell phone.
