remove customer service from their list. The phones they sell do not hold up some will not last
4 months. I purchased one name brand phone (over $250.00 ) went out after 3 months, I had to argue with customer service to get a new one ( they wanted to give me a lower quality used phone),the second phone also went out. Even though I have been with the same provider for 10 yrs. they never offer a savings on the phones without a contract renewal. So I either
choose to sign a several year contract or pay a large amount for a phone. In talking to people along the way I found out this is a major problem.
Weither you sign a contract or purchase the phone
you are left holding the bag when the low quality
name brand phones go out. You ask why not change carriers (they are all the same only the names are changed).

- I ported my landline phone number to my cell phone but it still is listed as a landline number at Cell Phone Registry.
