See inside the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel? Not since 9/11...
by Robert Gorell May 31, 2007 3:19 PM PDT
The fire station next to our office was the second to respond on 9/11, and they took the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to get to downtown Manhattan. So, cameras aren't allowed in there, but Google is?

Although it's EXTREMELY cool, it makes for a pretty serious debate about security.

EXTREMELY COOL should out weigh the many debates.

If GUNS & CAMERAS & BOOKS were outlawed then ONLY THE OUTLAWS will have them.

Lets stick to the cool stuff and go forward.... remember when the world was FLAT ? and it was against the law to say otherwise.

Our world is COOL (maybe hotter than we would like) but certainly NOT FLAT any longer.
Orwell would be proud...

Cool technology, but creepy application. I'm fine with all those who want to be exhibitionists posting their lives on the web, but not mine or my family's, thanks.

We should not HOLD BACK or refuse to allow COOL technology to benifit all peoples in hopes of preventing the use of that technology by outlaws.

CAMERAS: We need to SHINE THE LIGHT OF TRUTH everywhere we can.
If you or your family or friends or neighbors are not proud of your activites then let the TRUTH BE KNOW.

It is too easy to but on a ski mask and walk into a 7/11 store and do your own small version of 9/11.

We do not want the 1% of the population ruling the rest of us all the time because of ACLU bleding hearts.

I am all for INSTANT REPLAY
and INSTANT JUSTICE....no appeals, no plea bargins, no BS!
