- They "claim" it's better for the user. I say phooey. I realize that the bottom line is what matters most to the investors. And it's every executive's job to help the company prosper. But this? It's so transparent. It boils down to more burden (cost) to the business sending the email which will ultimately have to be passed on to the consumer (that's us, the ones GETTING the email.)
