You mentioned "PayPalWarning.com" has information on this suit. But in
fact, they have nothing there. The site with the information is:

paypal account freeze

i have had a very difficult time in my attempt to fight ebay and paypal as they have froozen my funds for going toward one year i am very frustrated and until recently have had no ability to get in touch with ebay as they have slammed their door through their poor response to my claims.....can any help me i am z4_thomas@yahoo.com

Same thing has been happening to me...

I opened up a dispute against stamps.com via PayPal, the froze the payment on the 21st and then paid them on the 21st... never notified me nor sent me an email.

When I go to THEIR resolution center, absolutely NOTHING is listed there. Stamps.com got their fraudulent money, some geek at PayPal probably got a BJ and once again, I am screwed by PayPal.

They need another class action slapped on them.
