I opened up a dispute against stamps.com via PayPal, the froze the payment on the 21st and then paid them on the 21st... never notified me nor sent me an email.
When I go to THEIR resolution center, absolutely NOTHING is listed there. Stamps.com got their fraudulent money, some geek at PayPal probably got a BJ and once again, I am screwed by PayPal.
They need another class action slapped on them.
