I am just glad they came out with it and forced stingy Yoohoo to hike their accounts to 100 MEGS so I won't have to create new "storage" accounts and forward mail to them; then remember to log into them monthly to keep them from being purged for being a "dormant" user.

Ideally, I would prefer to just have POP3 access restored than having the large online-only mailbox.

Both the Bush and the Kerry campaigns are so desperate to get their messages out to that 1% of the voters who have not already made up their minds as to who to vote against, they will make every effort to bombard anyone they can with said messages. I'm not surprised at the necessity of Google's actions.
