The very last statement in the article has to be the LEAST enlightened BS ever printed. The MACHINE didn't do anything and it is not responsible for even the tiniest issue confronting IT today. In fact, EVERYTHING in the world, excluding "acts of god and nature". is the responsiblity of people. Responsibility and accountability can only be laid upon people. The failure to put responsibility where it can ONLY be placed is the number one cause for the continuance of so many issues. And this includes issues in every facet of our lives and not just IT.
