As a Sprint customer their biggest problem is the painfully slow roll out of new phones. Perpetually being last on the list to get the latest new toy is a bad for customer retention. Especially when Sprint has billed themselves as the business carrier yet fails to launch the latest Blackberrys.

I gave Sprint a fair shot a couple of months ago. Their prices were high and their phones...lets jus say when T-Mobile starts having better phones it doesn't bode well for Sprint.

Sprint lost my account because I wanted an iPhone. So now AT&T has a new subscriber, and Sprint has one less. I never had any real problems with Sprint, and my experience with AT&T has been ok as well. But I'm sure a lot of iPhone users are former subscribers to other providers.

I've been with Sprint for several years now. Their billing sucks, but their customer service has been making HUGE strides the last couple of years. But, combine the lack of good Cust Serv with bad loyalty rewards and slowly appearing new phones, you get what they've got. They need to step up the loyalty appreciation and the definitely need to find some fast moving method on this phone development/deployment front that is sinking their ship.

i waited so long for the htctouchpro and finally sprint has it i was willing to buy phone out right and wanted the all your everything plan for 99 but no i couldnt have that plan i could only get what sprint wanted me to have 200 minutes and all the data if i didnt take the 2 year contract then rep said take the contract and if you dont like just pay the termination fee i said to the rep what type of moran do you think i am i wouldnt sign your contract i am spoiled i never had a contract so i said no then i asked if could see talk to thier area manager but they said no then i went to their president office and they said no i must have a two year contract i kindly told her that they will be out of business shortly due to the ecomputer which is my back up plan and staying my present provider so no i am not surprise that they are losing busines and i have no sympathy for them i am glad i am not and will never support sprint again i will sit and watch go out of business lol
