Add a small solar panel to charge on the go and they will sell like hotcakes.

But...what if i want it in red?


And i agree with the solar panel idea, although i'm not sure if the additional cost would ever be made up for in charge time.

15-20% emissions reduction isn't a "green" phone. It will take a lot more than that to make any tech product green. It is better, sure, but labelling it "green" makes it sound far more eco-friendly than it is. I applaud Sony Ericsson for taking these steps ... they definitely beat out the competition in this ground, it is the way it is reported that is over the top.

Baby steps, for sure. But you cannot really expect to release a product with a 90% reduction in carbon and still come with all the latest features and some new ones on top.

A bit by bit change over time.
