Verizon will soon be upgrading it's network to LTE (4G) which supports GSM. I can then switch from AT&T to Verizon and take my iPhone with me. The iPhone will NEVER be available for Sprint.
People only care about bright, pretty and shiny. Thats why they flock to providers with prettier phones that have more service problems. They don't care. They want the shiny.
Sprint spent years with large pools of horrible looking phones and maybe 2-3 decent ones in the late 90s and early 2000s. That will never appeal to the masses. You have failed sprint because your marketing dept don't know what they are doing like the u.s. auto industry.
