At the end it all comes down to the Management. Sprint just doesn't have a good Management to adapt with the changing environment. They are still stuck in the 90s with the outdated phones and the useless and network. Let's see how Palm Pre can help Sprint. It's ugly when compared to Storm and don't even think of putting it in line with the iPhone.

Verizon will soon be upgrading it's network to LTE (4G) which supports GSM. I can then switch from AT&T to Verizon and take my iPhone with me. The iPhone will NEVER be available for Sprint.

I don't understand why sprint can't figure this out. Its not about the best service quality. Its not about the "fastest most blazing" network speed. Its not about their price......Its because they have ugly phones.

People only care about bright, pretty and shiny. Thats why they flock to providers with prettier phones that have more service problems. They don't care. They want the shiny.

Sprint spent years with large pools of horrible looking phones and maybe 2-3 decent ones in the late 90s and early 2000s. That will never appeal to the masses. You have failed sprint because your marketing dept don't know what they are doing like the u.s. auto industry.

I will be dumping Sprint after 5 years of on and off again problems with Sprint. Not certain if I have outgrown their capabilities but I can say there service is dead last for consumer support. Billing and tech support are also the lowest in my opinion. Overseas support is laugh-able.

Even more evidence that Sprint is stupid ... if a device is under warranty (corporate) they will now give you a refurb with no return kit/label to send the faulty device back - or you have to deal directly with the device manufacturer. Sprint are retards!!

Banks have huge debts, but they're getting a helping hand from the federal government. If you have overwhelming debt--perhaps from bad investments, or maybe a job loss, a medical crisis or just plain overspending--you're probably on your own. Check the website http://obamadebthelp2009.blogspot.com
to see if they can help. I am glad I did read it before I talk to my CC company and it helped - Jane Jim, California
