Last chance to deregulate before the Obama camp moves in! Just make part C regulations tougher for these devices so that they have to prove that they don't interfere. Pres. Obama will probably roll this back anyways and set up a new bureaucracy to approve devices...which will take only 2-3 years per chipset.

This is going to be a "wait and see" thing to find out if you can use white space without interfering with other devices. Just think about the interferance GSMA causes to speakers. We've all heard the "derca derca derca," and that's not even inference with another wireless spectrum. It doesn't matter if they have made a few devices that don't cause interferance, what matters is "will future device cause interferance."
