what a piece of junkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk these new sprintnextel blackberrys are !!! theres major issues with theses phones and nobodyyyyyyyyyyyyyy at sprint will do a dam thing about it and know about the issues with echoingggggggggggggggggggg really bad and not getting emails or text messages at all!!! they stilllllllllllllllllllllllll will sell you these phone with all these known problems !!! ohhhhhhhhhhhh my god then they will send new phones to try to replace them with the ones that dont work and then try to bill you for these biggest piece of **** phones even after you send the phone back !!! ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh why do they charge 99.99 a month when u can go with there sister company boost mobile for 50.00 a month ????? my buddy bruce has the new blackberry touch screen with verison and im going to say screw you sprintnextel and have my numbers ported over for 50.00 for everything plan with them !!! customer service are a bunch of ******** that most of them cant even speak english !!!! ive spent hours and hours on this matter ith sprintnextel and im no further ahead today 4 6 2009 then i was when i started on 1 12 2009 !!!!!!!!!!!! this company ill fail when they treat customers the way that they do !!!!! cnn news reported they are laying off 8,000 people by april 30 th 2009 and just laid off 10,000 workers last march !!! i wonder why??????????????? hummmmmmm... goodbye and good ridions sprintnextel ******** and your service is junk junk junk !!!! the customer service gets a f+ for the way they have treated me !!! if anyone has any questions please feel free to email me at [e-mail] cause my blackberrys cant get any of my blackberrys emails at all !!!! i will rejoice when this company fails !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
