- "Reed Hundt, a Kerry advisor and former Federal Communications Commission chairman, provided an outline of issues that he said would likely form parts of a Democratic plan for broadband" seems quite newsworthy to me. Kerry's policy remains mostly undefined and impact of his key advisor would be rather substantial I would expect, should Bush not get reelected.
