We think tha this is a bad problem because there are many persons that use only their gmail accounts so they can't access their mail for their work or anything important that they need. It is also good to have an altrnate email adress as a temporary solution for these problems. Google should fix this problem now because their support lines maybe busy and the problem is very hard to fix. They should improve their web mail service.

Nowadays, internet and mainly communication through e-mails is very important and in some cases necessary for our life in some way. Because of this, e-mail service should be more reliable so you can be able to trust it and don't complicate your life. I think that is important to have a number to call when you're in problems and this can also contribute with the world by creating jobs to people who are unemployed.

We think that Google should provide one to one support because each problem is diferent. Also the creation of a support line, not only for premium users, but for all, would provide more confidence in their accounts. This would attract new customers and make it more eficient.

I think thet will be helpfull that google provides support to all it`s users.
But because of the quantity of users it can`t be possble, the support can`t be provided by telephone or in a more personalized way.
I think that the support must de provided by internet.
