No, not at all. Why would they? I don't understand why anyone would be concerned over what Google does. Some are, and I respect that, but there is always the loud minority that reaches the news. I mean, if you use Internet, you are using other companies property or services. You can't expect total privacy. Street view is a cool thing, nothing you could not have seen if you walked by yourself or took a photo. Just that it's saved in time and showed for the public.
The issue may need some resolving legally but that applies to traffic cameras, security cameras, peoples videotapes, Girls gone wild --- everywhere :-), etc.
Hey, I can see my house on Google earth and can tell which car is in the driveway. Get used to it. It will only increase. Trust me. :-)
Also the complete lack of reasons why Live Search is "starting to get better" or "more awesome" leaves me to think this is part of a marketing approach.
Also did you notice how he never said "Microsoft"...

- But I bet if it would be Microsoft many people would be much more worried, which leads one to think people are really not truly as worried about their privacy as they are worried their most hated company know something about them.
